He has written about technology and antitrust for a variety of outlets, including Tech Policy Press, TechTank, ProMarket, Lawfare, and his personal Substack, Zublius. In the past, he was a Policy Analyst at the Center for Countering Digital Hate and supported enforcement of consumer protection law at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. He received his Master’s in International Relations and Bachelor’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude.
