Julia Rhodes

Julia Rhodes is a Research Analyst at the Knight-Georgetown Institute focusing on platform governance and AI. She has more than four years of experience at the intersection of human rights, democracy, and technology, including roles at the National Democratic Institute, New America, and the National Endowment for Democracy.
Julia was most recently a Data Analyst at the Milken Institute, where she led data analysis for an inclusive finance program.
