Taylor Courtney
Fritz Family Law Fellow
Taylor Courtney is a Fritz Family Law Fellow at the Knight-Georgetown Institute. She is a third-year law student at Georgetown University Law Center focused on the intersection of technology, law, and public policy. Before law school, she studied philosophy at Howard University while working in software engineering and technology roles at NASA, Apple, and Estée Lauder Online. At Georgetown, Taylor is a Technology Law and Policy Scholar and has researched digital platform governance, technology litigation, and privacy alongside Professor Paul Ohm and the Knight-Georgetown Institute. Her experiences have strengthened her interest in how law can respond to rapidly evolving technologies while accounting for their broader social and ethical implications.
