Arjun D’Souza is a Fritz Family Student Research Fellow at the Knight-Georgetown Institute, where he analyzes the use of empirical evidence in digital platform litigation across district, appellate, and Supreme Court jurisdictions. His research is focused on analyzing circumstances where empirical evidence is integrated into tech policy litigation in the United States at both the federal and state levels.

Arjun is an LL.M. student at Georgetown University specializing in Technology Law and Policy. He has appeared before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India on issues of data privacy, surveillance reform, internet shutdowns, and online user safety.
